HPUX server with remote printer in windows error

hi guys, ive installed a remote printer with my ux box. this printer is connected locally to windows pc. ive already added the ip add of the windows pc in /etc/hosts and configured the remote printer via SAM.

UXBOX: waiting for PRINTER01_WIN to come up
connection to PRINTER01_WIN is down

but when i ping the windows pc, it replies. weve already rebooted both the pc and the printer but to no avail. any idea pls...

Did you enable the Print Services for UNIX on your windows pc ?
