Ignite recovery docs and HPUX install docs needed

We are working on a disaster recovery plan. I am looking for a doc that would have a simple step by step description of recovery of a server using an Ignite tape. I have done this several times but cant remember the steps of the process.

Also a doc that explains step by step the HPUX install procedure.
