Ignite-UX problem on J5600

I'm trying to install an HP-UX 10.20 ignite tape on a J5600 using a 73GB Seagate hard disk connected to the external Single-ended SCSI interface. The ignite configuration screen shows the hard drive in the list of disks to install on but it does not recognize the disk type (it shows SEAGATE_S instead of SEAGATE_ST373307LW). I have no problem installing the tape image on the internal hard drive. Anybody out there have any experience with installing J5600s? Thanks

I suspect the Adapter/Bus/Disk hardware configuration. Look for proper termination and Jumper settings any on disk, SCSCI Bus Speed etc.

It is probably not able to recognize the capacity
