install HP-UX shows no disk on rx6600

Hi all,

I get a rx6600 which has RedHat Liunx 4 previously installed. The linux is running and the system has 2 disks in smart array.

After booting from DVD of HP-UX (11.23 Dec 2007). The IINSTALL shows there is no disk available. In EFI Shell, it does show fs0 - fs4.

quick response is highly appreciated?

Very quick.

From EFI run

> devices

and look if you find the P600!

The smartarray controller P600 works with Linux and Win*, but not with HP-UX.

Check what smartarray is installed.
