LVM/ORACLE QUESTION

Good Morning, have a logical volume question. By default a physical estent is 4mb. My question is for a Oracle environment where we use lvm to establish the table space files is there any benefit to changing the PE to something else other the 4mb? I have seen stated a physical extent must equal a logical extent, when would this not be the case. Thankyou for your support

I think you are refering to OS block size vs Oracle block size.
