lvol creation on clustered vg's

Hi all,

I am planning to add another logical volume on clustered vg's. Do I need to update the config file of the cluster. BTW the application that i planned to install in new lvol is not part of the package.

If you are planning to add another logical volume which not part of any package then you dont need to update any cluster configuration file. Except for one thing that maintanin the unique gid across all the systems. But if you do add this logical volume to the package then you just need to edit one file thats the package config file. And add this LV to be mounted when the package comes up.
