Re: Message in ll_msg (set: 15 msg: 0) did not exist in catalog.

Have you recently updated EMS on your system? It looks like EMS is sending requests to your device that it can't answer. You will probably need to upgrade your disk firmware. I suggest you contact the response center on this issue.

Re: Message in ll_msg (set: 15 msg: 0) did not exist in catalog.

Tom, thanks for your reply. Last week I did put on the latest STM version A.24.00.
When I did a swlist on ems, it gave me the following:
EMS-config A.03.20
EMS-CORE A.03.20
EMS-KRMonitor A.11.00.02
EMS-MIBMonitor A.03.20
Would I need any of these upgraded?

Re: Message in ll_msg (set: 15 msg: 0) did not exist in catalog.

Your EMS software doesn't need to be updated, it's the disk firmware that's to blame. I believe that the newer versions of EMS are expecting disks to handle certain inquiries that they cannot due to lack of support in the firmware, hence causing the error.

Tom, thanks for the info. I'll check into getting the firmware for the disks upgraded.

Remigijus, upgrading the disk firmware is what solved the problem.
