Hi,
I dial into the system and I get message "remote console connected" message but I can't see the prompt. I can also get to CM prompt.
Any idea.
Thanks in advance.
Mike

Solution
Mike,
When you say dial in, are you using a modem? If so, what "port" is the modem attached to? And what kind of server is it, and what OS? At the CM prompty, have you tried typing in "CO"? If you aren't seeing anything you type, could your modem be at half-duplex?
