Mounting CD's on HPUX

Hi,

I'm wondering if it is possible to mount a CD that has been created on a windows PC onto a HPUX 11.X server & keep the file names the same?

When I mount i get file names like

FILENAME.DEP;1

try mounting with "-o cdcase".

try mounting your cdrom with the following command

mount -F cdfs -r -o cdcase /dev/dsk/cXtXdX /mount_dir

Hi,
Since you have already created the CD now try to mount with the above mentioned options and see.
But i feel next time if you create a CD on Windows machine pls check the cd-writer driver for available formats e.g. ISO,UDF, etc.., I think cd written in one of these formats is easily readle on Unix systems.
