Does HP-UX support multicast?

Hello,

Yes, HP-UX supports multicast.
http://docs.hp.com -> Networking/communications -> Install and Admin LAN/9000, Install and Admin Internet Services, and BSD Sockets Programming Guide and Software have some info.

Also check these man pages:
ip(7p) bind(2), getsockopt(2), recv(2), send(2), socket(2), ipMcastLoop(1M),
inet(7F)
mrinfo(1M) mrouted(1M), map-mbone(1M)
