NetBackup: Can I move a job ahead in the waiting queue ?

NetBackup: Can I move a job ahead in the waiting queue ?

We started up a lot of backup jobs at the same time, for instance, 11pm. When they are started, they are all put in the queue , and waiting for it's turn. Is there any way I can priority one of job to have the job get backed up first?

Yes there is...

Modify the "Job Priority" in the policy...

A higher number will get the priority - IE say one polisy is set to 0 and the other is set to 10 - and only one tape drive available - well - the one with 10 will get the tape drive first...
