Network Monitoring Software

Did HP-ux had any specific network monitoring software for monitoring network?

Hi Ajin,

Are you searching for a packet sniffer? The one comes with the OS is nettl. (its name stands for network tracing & logging)
But it might be a little odd to use, maybe you prefer the good'ol tcpdump, there's an HP-UX port of it available:

if you have X then you can also use the HP-UX port of wireshark for packet sniffing purposes:

But, if you are rather searching for a monitoring tool that checks the connectivity then you might get satisfied with HP Network Node Manager
