permission error when executing cmapplyconf

Has anyone encountered this error when modifying the cluster configuration using cmapplyconf? I would like to understand what the syslog message means below...

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks,

Make sure the node is in /etc/cmcluster/cmclnodelist

Re: permission error when executing cmapplyconf

Looks like you are using SG 11.16?

If so, you need to verify your security settings, as SG 11.16 onwards does not use cmclnodelist once teh cluster has been created.

Re: permission error when executing cmapplyconf

Sometimes, when you are doing such apply in those versions, you need to add entry in .rhosts for all servers.
