Problem to install patches

I have a following problem :

Internal error. Polling has stopped but the following target is not
in an appropriate state: "s2500d:/ state = 2". SD will not complete
the operation. This error occurred in function
"SMC_ConfirmCompleted", source file "smc_task.c", line 1805. Please
give this information to your Hewlett-Packard support contact..

You should exit the user interface immediately. Proceed at your own
risk!

Anybody know, what happend ?

Hi,
the error clearly showing you to contact HP, that is the right way to proceed now.
I do call HP whenever i get such error.
