problem with net_ljcolor script in HPNPL

I realise this is the wrong forum for this question, but I've
already posted it on the print servers one and the only reponse
I've had thus far was the suggestion to
post it to the wider audience
here as it may be of general interest.

Software: HPNPL ver E.10.34 for Solaris 8 (sparc)
Printer: 4500N, jetdirect firmware G.08.40.

When certain postscript files (can give example if required)
are sent to the printer nothing
appears and the logfile reports
"printed 0 pages".
(See attached output from logfiles)
If I send the file straight to the printer or via
the lp
command with the "relay" option it prints OK.

By switching to using the
net_lj4550 model script rather than net_ljcolor
these files also print OK.

Therefore is there a problem with
the latest net_ljcolor model
script?
