The total number of memory

Can it handle additional memory extender?
Server model the part number of memory that is compatible with it.

Re: Server info. L3000
it seems the utility is not working for me, I'm getting:
cstm>selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog
^-- (SelClass) is currently disabled. --
cstm>#.

Ahmed

SolutionYou will get an information like this:
Extender
Slot Num Configured and Slot label for each DIMM (MB)
-------- --------------------------------------------
0a 2a 1a 3a 3b 1b 2b 0b
---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----
EXT 0 256 512 256 0 0 256 512 256
------------------------------------------------------
System Total (MB): 2048
In this example there is only 1 extender, slots 0,1,2 are loaded, slot 3 is free.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Server info. L3000
You may need to install the latest online diagnostics from http://software.hp.com to make the cstm commands work.
They are based on the menu system of cstm, which is changed from time to time.
