1.check whether Nodename has mentioned properly,
2.check the connectivity between nodes.
3.check for the errors in sw log , any in installation of cluster software .

One more advice - not directly linked to
ServiceGuard but certainly part of
good practice.
Do not use hostnames that contain
underscore characters. Replace them with
hyphens and make your setup more
DNS RFC-compliant:
From gswsdb_1 to gswsdb-1 or gswsdb1...
