SG Install Media
I cant find any info on HP site about how to go about making such a request.

Mount your Applications CD (e.g. on /cdrom) and then do a "swlist -s /cdrom" looking for the desired SG version. You may need to search through several CD's but it's there. As soon as you find it, note the CD part number.
NOTE: swlist will list codeword protected software but swinstall will not install it w/o a codeword.

Note that the link Torsten provided is for 11.11 2004 media so if you require a more recent version, you'll need to go through HP.

Recently, the MC-SG is included in the core OS media DVD(CD's). MCSG is default comes with mission critical OS DVD.
To find it - mount the CD - swinstall or swlist and from the menu select the 11.11 or 11.23 Core OE and SG will under that menu.
