Unexpected Exit in SAM
UNEXPECTED EXIT: process LANG=C LC_ALL=C /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p 23729 -s ts_events /usr/sam/lib//ts.ui exited with a non-zero exit status.
sh: 23792 Bus error(coredump).

Try moving the files in the /etc/sam directory that begin with "reg_" to another directory:
Then
cp -rp /usr/newconfig/etc/sam/reg* /etc/sam
-USA..

There are lot of explanations for this error. Try this:
# rm /etc/sam/br
# mkdir /etc/sam/br

Again, try applying the latest SAM patches. If you have any new filesets which is not properly configured, then try this:
# swconfig \*
