update-ux asks for 2nd CD but when loaded

I am updating a K570 from 11.0 to 11.i . The system runs through the first CD OK, then asks for the 2nd. When I put the CD marked #2 in, update-ux said it was was not mounted. Then update-ux died. If I re-run update-ux, will it start where it left off? When I try executing the top command it says :pstat failed:Invalid argument

Not sure. Never did an update. I had a sumular experience once when i did a clean install.
I would advise you to just try it. Reboot the server and see what happens. If i am correct the server will boot up and you will be able to install the software you are missing using swinstall. If it does not come up you can always restart the install.

Maybe this might help ,when I view /var/tmp/swagent.log it has this error:Agent session lost the RPC connection to the controller that initiated the session.The session is being shutdown.

What you can try is:
/usr/sbin/swagentd -r
( restarts swagentd )
