user configuration for CDE

Getting back into using CDE after being out for awhile. A task I am looking to complete - I have several users that have differing needs. I have several copies of the sys.resources file ready for implementation. I want the individual accounts to read only the individual modifications of the sys.resources file based on the $LOGNAME. Where would I places the file(s)?

Check via www.docs.hp.com and search on CDE
but

/etc/dt/config/$LANG/sys.resources System-wide resource definitions

$HOME/.Xdefaults Per-user resource definitions


Use $HOME/.Xdefaults for user specific data
