waiting reason pipe - cobol source

Hi,

I have cobol compiled job in hang, using glance i see "waiting reason PIPE".

I found that the pipe is :
/var/tmp/cobsv114-sesaqa

It is an intrinsic pipe created by cobol ?
If so, what is trying to do ?

Sorry for the indefinite question but I do not know the source code eventhough as far as I know the job do not write enything outside the application folders.
