Re: What are the patches needed for Sybase Adaptive server 12.0?
PHSS_23597 - s700_800 11.X OV OB3.50 patch - SYBASE packet.
I do NOT think PHSS_23597 could help with database corruption.
The latest patch concerning Sybase issues is:
PHSS_24303 - s700_800 11.00 ld(1) and linker tools cumulative patch.

Check this link and click over 'Additional requirements'. That will list you all patches needed for HP-UX 11.0 running Sybase Adaptive server 12.0. Also you can find the install instructions:

Re: What are the patches needed for Sybase Adaptive server 12.0?
I am not so sure that patching specifically for sybase would solve your problem.
We should try to determine if "every week" is to drill down to specific moments.
For example:
Is this happening after maintenance on file systems or
After running a backup via Omniback or something like that.
Could you specifiy the moment when it happens ?
The patches mentioned are not definite giving a clue in the direction of database corruption.
Regards,
C.
