This program -- CLient-- Server architecure
This program used for Point of sale machines
The customer have HP 9000 Servers with Hp-ux 11iv1 os
please any one advice me how can if possible install this program under hp os

This is true of most enterprise Unix (AIX,Solaris,Tru64).

The best advice for your client is to buy a Windows 2003 server to run the software.

you should ask your software vendor for a special HP-UX version of the application.
Another option:
If you have a HP Integrity Server with HP-UX 11i v2 you can install Virtual Machines on it and run your applications inside the virtual machine. Currently supported guest systems (VMs) are HP-UX 11i v2 and Windows 2003 Server. Doing this way you can run a windows app "under" HP-UX.
