or you could install nagios + centereon with snmp support and them automatically monitor and make grafical reports with rrdtools inside.

Re: How can i get performance Report for last 1 week
check this link,
http://books.google.sk/books?id=FyRhZJ3h3VQC&pg=PA89&lpg=PA89&dq=linux+how+to+collect+historical+data+sar&source=bl&ots=wIO3aYvA-E&sig=MrEboaSCftEr7DWwmf0TdfmG3QI&hl=sk&ei=65lVSofHD8Ga_Qa5lYjsAg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1
you could start the sar monitoring daemon and them all data will be collected.

Solutionsar -option [interval] [iterations]
sar -u 5 20 # CPU related
sar -i 5 20 # disk utilization
sar -b 5 20 # buffer s
vmstat 5 20 # memory bottleneck
and you can put into a cron job so you can forward them with time_stamp to any file you want to pick up.

Re: How can i get performance Report for last 1 week
By default most Linux distributions do not collect this data.
You will need to take one of the sar recommendations you have above and start running it with cron to get data.
You could install glance/gpm for Linux, but that product is licensed software that you will have to pay for.
ICE for Linux might be helpful.
