Hi,
I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
There are some old stuff in my Calender and occupying my inbox disk space usage.
I want to delete old calender invites without impacting the current and future calender invites.
Can someone suggest steps for this ?
Thanks,
Shiv

Solution
To delete old Outlook calendar entries:
Open Outlook calendar.
From the View menu, select Arrange by, then Current View, and then By Category.
From the View menu, select Arrange by, then Date.
Sort by Start column.
Select and delete the entries that are no longer required.
