HPE Proliant ML350 windows 2022 server Black Screen after RDP services enabled
I've setup Remote Desktop Services on HPE Proliant ML350 windows 2022 server, Once server restarted and when logged in as Admin user only mouse pointer and black screen appears and nothing more happens, It only allows to get ctl+ALT+Del screen but only logoff function working , task manager is not working. Me and server stuck now and I cannot do anything since I've setup only admin user. Please help me on this.

Re: Query: HPE Proliant ML350 windows 2022 server Black Screen after RDP services enabled
DOn't think it's a issue with hardware, since it comes to the login screen of the server and black screen appreas only when login as admin and services getting started.

Re:
Hello,
If possible re-install the Operating System and see if it is good. It is understandable that this suggestion could be tedious and time taking considering the reinstall, and configuring applications again.
Restart the server and press the key 'F9' at POSt prompt to launch the RBSU. If there is no issue in accessing it, then it should be some element of display configuration or any application within the Operating System environment.

Re: Re:
Thanks for the update, Yes that would by my last resort. There is no issue in accessing RBSU. I was checking if this issue has come acroos by someone else..
