HPSUM 8.9.5 adds multiple baselines even after deletion from OS.

If not the right group please let me know.

For some reason when I delete a HPSUM 8.9.5 directory from the OS (I unzip the hpsum iso to a directory on the OS, Windows 2008 R2), and then re-install a new version, the old baseline repositories are still there and never fininsh adding the baseline (the little twizzle circle keeps running). Until of course I change hosts again. Running out of IE11 hosts.

how to clear whatever files from the OS to get rid of that annoyance?

Hi,

Are you running HPSUM on 2008 R2 operating system? Thats not supported, check the release notes.

what i found was the software copies the  configuration to the local/sum and local/hpsum hidden directories. Had to wipe those out and re-extract and run the SPP iso.
