WHEA-Logger Event ID: 47 : A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Hi All,
I have been having this issue since the mother board replacement on the two SQL boxes.
A corrected hardware error has occurred.
Component: Memory
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
The details view of this entry contains further information.
HPE first suggested to update the iLO, BIOS and SPP. I did all what was asked but still getting the error. Many forums states that this could be because of a bad RAM but AHS reports show no errors.
I have been trying to tell that this issues started to occour post the mother board replacement but HPE is not ready to listen to the exact request.
Could someone please suggest what it could be?
One article I found was : http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=47&eventno=10801&source=Microsoft-Windows-WHEA-Logger&phase=1
Any help would be highly appreciated.
- Thanks
