Release Date for custom image for vmware esxi 7u3q for Synergy

Afternoon all.

I am planing the patching that needs to be done and can see in https://vibsdepot.hpe.com/customimages/Valid-vLCM-Combos.pdf that there is already a release for proliant : ESXi 7.0 U3 ESXi 7.0 U3q.
When checking the synergy equivalent the latest synergy release is esxi 7u3o . 

When will a newer release be made for Synergy hosts as there is currentlly a 8.4 cve on esxi 7u3o ?
