help wanted
I have a 8200 external burner.
My computer starts when ever i insert my driver in xp or 2000pro. xp donot recognized it and ask for the update version and restarts the computer. Win2000pro restarts when it is installing the driver.
i have a internal software which i borrowed from my friend,it is install but it donot support the burner.The software does not starts untill it finds the burner.
so any 1 know about any og the things i have said plz mail it.

Disable the anti-virus and download usbver39.exe from:
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/software/usbver39.exe.html
Run the exe file to extract the drivers and then install the CD-Writer again.
