HP SoftPaq Download Manager - which forum?

Please can someone suggest the best forum to post a question regarding the "HP SoftPaq Download Manager" application, specifically regarding the hardware supported by this client management tool? Thanks for any help.

There is a new "HP SoftPaq Download Manager" forum in the "Management software and system tools area."
