Solaris is not a "Supported" OS for deployment through RDP. That does not mean you can not get it to work.
I'd expect that you would need to have a NFS server running with the linux version or at the very least, the linux supplemental services (and a Windows based RDP server).
Imaging might be easier since you do not need a client to grab/deploy an image through RDP.
