Hello everyone!
We have a server HP Proliant ML350 Gen10. It has two power sources (2 slot power). Only one processor. Do we need to connect both cables at once or only one? And if only one in which port should I connect it?

SolutionHello,
yes, you should connect both.
If only one, the Server shows a failure.
The second Power Supply is for redundancy.
If one Power Supply failed, or the Power Input, the Server is still Operating.
Usually, you connect the Cable to a different Power Source (Fuse) if possible.
In BIOS you can configure if the Power Supply is Active/Standby (100%/0%) or Active/Active (50%/50%).
