207 Memory Initialization Error ml350e gen 8

Evening.

i have an ml350 gen8 with 2 processors and 32 gb (16gb 8x2 10600R 1 processor and 16 gb 8x2 10600R other processor) im upgrading up to 96 gb and the post bios restarts 2 times when the hp proliant screen opens an error

when i put the 96 gb and recognice only 64 gb of memory and restarts.

when i only use 64 gb works fine. 

what can be the issue?
