BL460c VMWare Install via ILO

I am trying to install VMware 3.0.1 on a BL460c Blade, But I am getting a kernel panic after it loads loads the lpfcdd driver. Is
there any trick to doing this install.
Blade is Dual Processot with Emulex HBA, total of 4 nics dual sas drives.
Thanks

All servers or only one?
Can you pull it out and force install after?
Do you have any storage connected now?
Firmware?
Different driver?

Re: BL460c VMWare Install via ILO

Install fails on 2 different blades.
Firmware has been upgraded to the latest
available from HP web site.
Emulex HBA has no drives connected via SAN.
Have used esxupdatecd from HP and it has
exactly the same problem.
Of the 4 NIC ports only I is connected.
Unsure of what is meant by force upgrade.
