data corruption

hi, we have a compaq proliant 1600 on a site with 3 hubs and running the on-board nic on 10/mbit half duplex. due to the addition of a 4th hub, a switch was installed (cicso 2924) so we upped the card to 100m/bits full duplex, and now have inconsistent data corruption, mailny excel files. this also happens using a 3com 3c980c card on 100 mbits full duplex. does a compaq proliant 1600 not handle switches and/or 100 mbits properly?

Re: data corruption

Update the NIC driver (and associate drivers) , manually set the Hubs for 100 Mbs FD , do not allow for Auto-Negotiation
