DL380 Gen10 Uncorrectable PCI Express Error Detected

Hi Guys,

im using a dl 380 G10 with 256GB Ram and 2 SATA SSDs. the Server crashes almost everyday. i have checked the logs, these 3 below event repeats everytime before the crash in the log :

PCI Bus    -   Uncorrectable PCI Express Error Detected. Slot 7 (Segment 0x0, Bus 0xD7, Device 0x0, Function 0x0). Uncorrectable Error Status: 0x4020

System Error  -  Unrecoverable I/O Error has occurred. System Firmware will log additional details in a separate IML message entry if possible.

CPU  -  Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (Processor 2, APIC ID 0x00000040, Bank 0x00000006, Status 0xBB800000'00000E0B, Address 0x00000000'00000000, Misc 0x00000000'D7000000).

i have updated the ROM (U30 v2.80 (04/20/2023)),the BIOS, The iLO FW(2.91 May 18 2023),SPP and the inteligent provisioning(3.81.2)to the latest version, but still the server crashes.

can anyone help with this?

What is in Slot 7?
Have you tried removing that card or moving that card onto another slot?

Unrecoverable I/O Error has occurred, for this error, there are couple of advisories available, please check.
