Don't boot from HDD

Hi all,
I have a Proliant 800 with Pentium Pro 180 and I install a SoftPAQ for this (firmware upgrade). After this operation I can't boot from HDD. When try to boot computer say: "using drive 0 partition 0" for normal boot and "using drive 0 partition 2" for setup (after press F10) and stop. If I try to boot from FDD or CD its ok. With this HDD I can boot on other PC. I have 2 HDD SCSI 2GB and using SCSI controler on board like first boot controler. I try to use a IDE HDD on IDE controller on board after change this to first boot controler and computer do the same. In my opinion real problem is: computer detect right partition to use boot but don't use it. I already make the last BIOS upgrade after this problem start and this don't solve it.

Please send me some information if you have or some older SoftPAQ

Thnk in advance,
