First time setup HPE ML30 Gen 11

Hello all.  Long time Intel customer server user and now I am setting up my first HPE ML30 Gen 11 server.  Using a raid controller model is MR216i-P.  Couple of 4 TB SATA 7200 HPE drives.  Mostly I want to understand best procedure to setup single system.  I am a small operation and don't need enterprise level setups.  I will be installing Server 2022 standard.  I see there is a intelligent install.  Is this best?  As far as drivers are concerned is there a simple method for installing all drivers (i see a spp).  Just looking for some thoughts from seasoned HPE server users.  Are there any management softwares I should install to help after Windows Server is installed.  Thanks!
