Dear Sir,

We bought a new ProLiant DL380 Gen10. I have 2 RAM (each 32 GB) for each CPU.

After 2 month an error message appear in the iLO said:

" High rate of corrected memory errors, performance may be degraded (Processor 1, DIMM 1). "

This the information from ILO:

Hi,

first, I would update the BIOS and iLO firmware. There have been some false reports in the past about this message.

If that doesn't help, open a support case. If the server is still under HPE maintenance, you will get the module replaced free of charge.

Should I update them to the last update ?

Also, Integrated Management Log said:
Recommended Action(Re-seat the DIMM. If the errors persist, contact support.)

This is already quite new, it probably won't help.
Open a support case and have the module replaced.

I did update system rom and iLO yesterday to the latest version like this:

My System ROM is : U30 v3.34 (09/30/2024)

My iLO Firmware Version: 3.09 Oct 08 2024

And the error disappeared, I will wait sometimes and see if it appears again.
