Gen10 HP Smart Storage Administrator does not load and throws Kernel Panic

I have a DL380 Gen 10 Server with disk configuration 12LFF + 3LFF + 2SFF. The raid controller is P816i-a

Sometimes, when I go to F10 and try to start the HP smart array administrator, the HP smart array administrator does not load and I get kernel Panic.

Please note, this kernel panic is not the OS kernel, but the kernel that drives the HP smart array administrator. Infact I do not have any OS installed on my server yet.

Question 1: Is this a known problem and is there a fix for this ?

Question 2: Will this affect the integrity of my raid data or is it limited to HP smart administrator software alone ?

Please check the same after flashing the latest Intelligent provisioning version
