The server reboot without any warning ?!
The server works perfectly with Ubuntu 20.04 and Linux:
5.4.0-131-generic #147-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 14 17:07:22 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
I will update the bios (with SP99438. and CPQP7013.6B8) but any input will be great.

I tried: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="intremap=no_x2apic_optout iommu=pt acpi=off" : no effect, server reboot

SolutionUpdate thhe BIOS to the latest. If issue persists then perform below action:-
- Boot machine to RBSU (F9).
- Press CTRL+A.
- Select "Service Options."
- Select "Processor Power and Utilization Monitoring."
- Select "Disable."
- Press F10 to save and exit.
- Reboot.
If issue persists then perform a Default to manufacturing default. If the issue still persists perform a Default Manufacturing:-
System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > System Default Options > Restore Default Manufacturing Settings
If issue still persists then this will need a support ticket logged as it migh be a HW issue underlying and possibly call for a replacement of the systemboard.
