I'm running a DL385 G7 with 2 - 12 core AMD cpus and Win2019 Datacenter. The host runs fine, I've updated the OS, enabled AMD-V and the memory execution pieces in BIOS and installed Hyper-V, all of this with no problems. Building a VM works fine up until I start it the first time, it starts a normal install process with the black screen and gray bar at the bottom of the screen, fills, then goes to the windows screen with the circle of dots and after 5ish seconds goes to BSOD witht he IRQL error. All of my hardware checks out as good. I've reinstalled the host OS a number of times and I'm at a loss as to what I'm missing. Any help would be great.

Re: Help on VM Bootloop on DL385 G7 w/2 x12 Core AMD CPU & Win 2019 Datacenter
Hello,
Here are some quick tips:
Check Hyper-V Settings: Ensure Virtualization Extensions are enabled in BIOS and Hyper-V.
Update BIOS/Firmware: Make sure your server's BIOS is up to date, as older versions can cause compatibility issues.
VM Generation: Try switching from Generation 2 to Generation 1 for the VM.
Network Adapter: Change the VMтАЩs network adapter to Legacy Network Adapter.
Check CPU/Mem Allocation: Start with fewer CPU cores (1 or 2) and ensure Data Execution Prevention is enabled in BIOS.
Event Viewer: Look for any clues in the Event Viewer on both host and VM.
