High pNic error rate detected

Hi everyone

I have vCenter Server 7.0 Update 3g and ESXi 7.0 Update 3f in my environment. I see in most of my servers,"High pNic error rate detected. Check the host's vSAN performance view for details" error . according to the HPE document from this link "https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00126305en_us&docLocale=en_US%20", i update network adapters driver and firmware but the problem didn't resolve.

 can anybody help me?

Hello,

As you have already perform the steps detailed in the customer adisory, it would be recommended to HPE Support to further isolate and resolve the issue.

Re: High pNic error rate detected

Hello

it's my mistake, I didn't read the document carefully.

I must say I have this error on this type of network adapter that doesn't in the document.

QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (Driver: qfle3) and Intel(R) 82599 10 Gigabit Dual Port (Driver:ixgben).

A new version of the Service Pack for Proliant has been released. SPP 2023.09.00.00 can be downloaded from HPE’s website.

HPE Intel icen Driver for VMware vSphere 7.0 for the Intel E810-XXVDA2 Ethernet 10/25Gb 2-port SFP28 Adapter

Please test just the driver (version 2023.09.00), it can be downloaded from here: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_1d26406a274c49bca4a792d028

The accompanying firmware (version 4.20) can be downloaded separately here: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_8dec9b5d239f4e5ca376e1076e

Maybe the fix is in this new NIC driver/firmware combo.
