There are few inbuilt tests on the proliant servers that you can run to check for hardware functionality. You can run offline diagnostic tests for the same so depending on the model of the server it may be pre-installed or you might have to run the offline utility like smarts start cd or SPP.

However if you are looking to check for nic speed or IOPS speed then you will have to use third party tool to check the speed and compare with benchmark of that particular component.
