Hello!
When the LEDs on your HP DL380 G10 server blink together and the server doesn't start, it often indicates a hardware issue. Check power connections, reseat components like RAM and CPUs, and replace the CMOS battery if necessary. Use iLO to check event logs and run HPE's diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures.

Re: HP DL380 G10 Server LED's blinking and not starting
@Christin602BeyThanks for your response !
I already did CMOS battery change, plugged out and plugged in RAM again. For ILO, the IP was configured by earlier team and we are not able to see the IP details, is there any process to reset it if you can advise, else i will see how i can do that and take hardware diagnostic logs and see what is the issue.

Re: HP DL380 G10 Server LED's blinking and not starting
I checked, it is not able to open iLO in browser. So i believe will have no option left other then to replace the Main Board of Server.

Hello,
The status of the LED's on the server's front panel could help in isolating the issue.

Re: HP DL380 G10 Server LED's blinking and not starting
Hello @AnilGupta
Could you please check the following link to isolate the fault - https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a00106495en_us Refer to page number 14.
Depending on the number of flashes, the fault is indicated in the above link which may require a replacement.
Maybe you could reseat those components and check. If it does not resolve the issue, you may need to log a support ticket with the HPE support team for part replacement.
