HPE ML150 Gen9 one raid across multiple R.A.I.D. controllers

Hello,

I would like to create a R.A.I.D. array across multiple R.A.I.D. controllers. I have a Smart HBA240 in my ML150 Gen9 server. If I add a second R.A.I.D. controller (same model), will I be able to create a R.A.I.D. with HDDs which are partly connected to the first controller an some of them to the second?

Hi,

the only option is to use Software based RAID by the Operation System.
How to setup software RAID in Windows (recoverhdd.com)
