Today, I have a problem with the "HP Smart Array P440ar Controller" of the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9 Server.
I attached the AHS log.
Could someone please assist me in fixing this problem?

Re: HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9 Server cache module status failed
Hello @RenySolomon
Thank you for your post.
1. please Check for loose controller and power source cables inside the server.
2. Update the controller firmware.
3. please replace the Smart Storage Battery
4. If the issue remains , you will need to replace the Smart Array Controller ( cache is embedded on the Smart Array controller board (not removable).
Regards
