HPE Raid array cant detect on windows (ML350 Gen 10)

Hi ,
i have issue on array cant be detected by OS windows server 2016 std today , it was okay before suddenly today after restart the server BSOD appeared Critical_Process_died , at first i thought it was SAS Drive faulty , but when i check bios on array setting , it detected the drive , but i cant boot into windows . i tried to restore using backup but when i tried to restore there's no logical drive to restore. 
i appreciate any help .

Hi,

I understand that server is not able to boot into OS.
In this scenario, I would suggest to perform array Diagnostics and see if what is faulty, is it hard drives or array controller or cache, etc.

Hi,

Thankyou for sharing the ADU Report, as per the report I dont see any hardware related error or failure.
Critical_Process_died, this error seems to be more OS related than the HW.

I thought it was windows too, but when I tried to do fresh installation from bootable pendrive, there's still no logical drive listed to install,

Hi,

NOTE: ItтАЩs important to keep data backup before performing this activity.
Data integrity is customer responsibility. HPE recommends having data backup frequently and before performing any activity so that it can be restored during disaster recovery.

May be you should do it from beginning, by going into Intelligent Provisioning and creating a new logical drive and then Reinstall OS.

Hi suman, I tried to do fresh install windows server 2016, at first there's no listed drive but after I load driver p408i-a during install all drive appeared,

I tried to go load driver, popup file explorer and copy data from the missing drive and paste on my pendrive it's working.
So honestly I don't really want to do fresh installation, that's the last option

I have strong feeling its the driver
Can you please advice me?
